Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 15 years of engineering experience with highly technical work.
• 10 years with a professional engineering license.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective leadership and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced engineering services for estimating, planning, design, and construction of renewable energy projects.
• Lead system planning, design specs, maps, drawings, procurement, contracts, and project accounting.
• Conduct advanced engineering studies and prepare reports with results and recommendations.
• Provide engineering assistance to other departments and lead trainings; engage in presentations/publications.
• Stay informed on industry trends and implement improvements for the business.
• Ensure safety, reliability and human performance improvements in projects.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
