Job summary

Real Staffing Group seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer for an on-site role in Mounds View, MN. You will own hardware for implantable devices, drive requirements, and oversee verification strategies from concept through production.

Responsibilities include hands-on lab work, test plan execution, and ensuring ISO 14708 and IEC 60601 compliance. Strong mentoring and collaboration with stakeholders are expected to advance products and processes.

Qualifications

• Held hardware and firmware troubleshooting experience, lab debugging and design verification.
• Experience in medical device development and test automation is highly desirable.
• Bachelors, Masters or PhD with relevant years of experience as stated.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware for new and existing products across development to production.
• Define requirements, perform design changes, analysis and impact assessments.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures and reports.
• Support production test and manufacturing troubleshooting.
• Ensure ISO 14708 and IEC 60601 compliance through traceability and validation.
