Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Twin Cities area to develop and improve automated test solutions for complex medical device product development and manufacturing environments. The role blends hands‑on technical work, system‑level troubleshooting, and cross‑functional collaboration as a senior technical contributor on high-visibility projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a strong background in test automation, data analysis, and programming

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of engineering experience.
Experience developing automated test systems.
Experience with test automation software and hardware integration.
Strong electrical troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
Experience in medical device product development
Experience with test automation, data acquisition, or control systems.
Programming experience in Python, LabVIEW, C#, MATLAB, or similar technologies.
Experience leading technical problem-solving efforts across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with engineering development and change management processes.

Responsibilities
