Job summary

Worley is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer for our Billings, Montana office to lead electrical engineering delivery across a portfolio of projects in the oil, gas and chemical sectors. You will provide advanced electrical engineering services, technical leadership, oversight, and supervision within the electrical engineering team.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 12+ years of oil and gas industry experience as stated.
• Development, design of MV, LV electrical distribution systems, equipment selection, protective relay selection, power management system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of electrical engineers and designers and oversee their work on oil/gas/chemical projects.
• Plan, organize and direct engineering work, ensuring on-time completion, safety-in-design and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with project management, client, other disciplines to meet project objectives.
• Maintain relationship with project management and client to ensure satisfaction with the quality and progress.
• Deliver electrical engineering services that meet requirements, on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance and supervision for electrical engineering projects.
