Job summary

The role involves after-hours coverage in rotation, engagement in quality improvement, and adoption of new health technologies while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME approved Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license in the state where you will work.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current DEA Registration.
• Three professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with the patient centered medical home model.
• Provides continuous availability for medical and technical questions to patients, care staff, and ancillary providers.
• Provides after-hours coverage in rotation with other clinicians.
• Participates in practice quality improvement programs and evaluates performance metrics.
• Adheres to privacy, compliance and quality programs and policies.
• Participates in implementation of new health technologies and programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
