Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME approved Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• BLS certification, DEA registration, and active state license.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered primary care within the patient-centered medical home model.
• Offers after-hours coverage in rotation with market clinicians.
• Engages in practice quality improvement programs and evaluates performance metrics.
