Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited school.
• License to practice medicine in the United States.
• Board certification in internal medicine or family practice preferred.

• Lead interdisciplinary patient care within primary care setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients within clinical privileges.
• Supervise staff and manage personnel and clinical operations.
• Engage in population health, quality improvement and CME activities.
• Collaborate with PACT and Extended PACT services to optimize care.
