ConvenientMD in New England seeks an experienced physician leader to join our Advanced Primary Care clinics in Manchester. You will deliver patient-centered, value-based care within a team-based model that blends in-person and virtual visits.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree required.
• Must hold and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; CPR/ACLS not acceptable in online form.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered care with appropriate panel sizes.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Champion value-based care across clinical workflows and patient navigation.
• Shape care delivery and workflows to reflect community needs and APC goals.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and regulatory compliance.
