Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider to support Primary Care operations across southeastern New Jersey. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, education, and annual evaluations of APPs at multiple sites.

The Lead will oversee chart reviews and work with the Chief Medical Officer to address performance concerns while maintaining a patient-focused, high-quality care environment. It is a 60 hours clinical time and 20 hours administrative time per pay period.

Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing for APN track or PA program completion for PA track.
Current RN/APN license in NJ or multi-state license with NJ privileges.
BLS/Healthcare provider certification.
1+ years in business operations/environment and strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit, orient, and continuously educate advanced practice providers.
Oversee APP chart review process and periodic reviews.
Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer to address performance concerns.
Ensure high quality, efficient, patient-friendly care across all Primary Care sites.
Lead in recruitment and contribute to positive team culture.
