Job summary

INSIGHT2PROFIT is seeking a Senior Model Developer I to lead model architecture and advanced statistical implementation while guiding pricing strategy across client engagements. You will mentor developers and establish technical standards for scalable, high-performance pricing models using Calc 2.0 framework.

Qualified candidates bring 6+ years of Python experience, expertise in pricing analytics, and strong data integration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Proven Python development experience in production models or analytics systems.
• Experience leading technical implementation across multiple projects.
• Mentoring and code review across experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high-performance model solutions and establish standards for model development.
• Drive pricing strategies and optimization algorithms across client engagements.
• Lead validation frameworks and apply advanced ML algorithms for pricing optimization.
• Design data integration patterns and set production model performance standards.
• Mentor developers and drive technical skill development.
• Support information security and system reliability with proper policies.
