• Architect for resiliency using Python and cloud best practices.
• Lead complex projects across team members, partner teams and stakeholders.
• Establish and promote technical standards including coding practices, testing strategies, and maintainability expectations.
• Research and recommend new technologies, development practices and process improvements.
• Identify gaps, blockers, automation gaps and opportunities to improve team effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers, including code review and support on complex design or implementation challenges.
