Flexographic Lead Press Operator

Chino, CA | 1st Shift (4:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | $33/hr. + Benefits

Join a stable plastic manufacturing company seeking an experienced Flexographic Lead Press Operator to lead pressroom operations and support production excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a skilled flexo professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and expertise in solvent‑based ink systems.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and support 8‑color Uteco flexographic presses
• Lead and assist press operators on the production floor
• Mix, match, and troubleshoot solvent‑based inks
• Perform plate and sleeve mounting and press setups
• Troubleshoot mechanical and print quality issues
• Drive efficiency improvements and reduce downtime
• Maintain production, quality, and maintenance documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of flexographic printing experience
• Experience with 8-color Uteco presses preferred
• Strong knowledge of solvent-based ink systems and color matching
• Mechanical troubleshooting expertise
• Plate and sleeve mounting experience
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced production setting
