Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organization for a Lead CNC Press Brake Operator in Grandville, MI, 1st shift. You will lead a small team, set up, program, and operate CNC press brake equipment to meet precise customer specs and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, documenting programs and tooling, inspecting parts, and driving productivity improvements in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience setting up, programming and operating CNC press brake equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and specs.
• Experience using precision measuring and inspection tools.

As a Lead Press Brake Operator, you will be an integral part of the Production Department, supporting the manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Must have some CNC programming experience
• Lead the safe and efficient operation of CNC press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment.
