The Goddard School of Flemington, NJ is seeking a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our caring team. You’ll own your classroom, collaborate with leadership, and create an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

This full-time role offers consistent Monday–Friday hours with no nights or weekends. Competitive pay ($19–$24/hour), PTO, holidays, retirement benefits, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of classroom experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• CDA/AS or BA in ECE preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Create a warm, organized, nurturing and safe classroom environment.
• Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, language and physical development.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with families.
• Observe and document children's developmental progress.
• Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and staff.
