Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team in a dynamic early learning environment. You will create a safe, engaging classroom, implement the LEAP curriculum, and foster strong relationships with families and staff.

You will communicate children’s adventures and progress to parents, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a supportive team. State licensing requirements apply where applicable.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher experience: 2+ years in a childcare center.
• Required or preferred education includes an Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field, or a high school diploma/GED.
• Various credentials acceptable include CDA, Associate's, Technical Certificates/Diplomas, Bachelor's in ECE/Child Development, or equivalent coursework.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschoolers.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to support child development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities and progress via apps and discussions.

Education

CDA Credential

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development

Technical Certificates/Diplomas in Early Childhood Education or Child Development

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education

Other Credentials (25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours)
