Job summary

The Learning Experience in the United States is seeking an Experienced Two Year Teacher to join our team as Lead Preschool Teacher. You will create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.

Requirements include an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (or a high school diploma with experience). We offer health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in toddler or preschool teaching environments.
• Ability to communicate with families and staff.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress via apps and conversations.
• Collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals.
