Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom for 1-year-olds and to implement the L.E.A.P. curriculum with engaging characters. You will partner with families to support children’s growth and learning in a lively environment.

Ideal candidates have CPR/First Aid, at least 2 years in childcare, and credentials like CDA or an ECE degree. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team in a state-licensed facility.

Qualifications

• Passion for education and care of young children and babies.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility (3-4 years preferred for babies).
• CPR and first aid certification.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
• Credentials: CDA, Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or technical certificates in ECE or Child Development.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for 1-year-old children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum with engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic, playful learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and progress via mobile apps and discussions.
