Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in Early Childhood Education.
• Pennsylvania Department of Education Instructional Certification for Early Childhood Education.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Use understanding of child development as the foundation of work with young children.
• Apply developmentally appropriate practices and Creative Curriculum to create meaningful learning experiences.
• Support mission and philosophy of the program and collaborate with families.
• Lead classroom management and supervise children at all times.
• Maintain high-quality standards and support enrollment goals.
• Familiar with Keystone STARS standards, DHS regulations, and PA Early Learning Standards.
