Happy Days Preschool and Summer Camp-Edison is seeking a Lead Teacher to nurture and guide young children in a caring, educational environment. You will develop engaging activities using Creative Curriculum, observe child growth, and collaborate closely with families via the Engagement App.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Lead Teacher.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, creativity and eagerness to join a fantastic team.
• Experience with Creative Curriculum, NJGROW, NAEYC is a plus but not required.
• Background in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Create exciting lesson plans and activities using Creative Curriculum that help children grow physically, socially, and emotionally.
• Ensure a secure, clean environment and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Engage with parents and guardians and share progress via the Engagement App.
• Collaborate with a team of childcare professionals to maintain a warm, caring atmosphere.
