The Learning Experience - Bushwick is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher for our Preschool 2 classroom serving children ages 4-5. The role involves planning meaningful learning experiences, mentoring staff, and building strong family relationships in a warm, engaging classroom.

You will lead daily activities, implement the LEAP curriculum, and support readiness for kindergarten while maintaining safe, organized spaces and collaborating with families and colleagues.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or approved study plan toward ECE.
• Must meet NYC Article 47 qualifications for the teaching position.
• Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred.
• Knowledge of preschool development and kindergarten readiness.
• Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.
