Southern District YMCA is launching a brand-new preschool program at our Hampton Center and seeks a Lead Preschool Teacher to help bring it to life. You’ll create engaging classroom environments for ages 3-5 and shape a new program alongside a passionate YMCA team.

You’ll lead hands-on experiences, build strong relationships with families, and inspire a collaborative staff culture focused on joyful learning and developmental growth.

• Experience in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
