Job summary

The Southern District YMCA is launching a brand-new preschool program at our Hampton Center and seeks a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to lead and shape it.

You will help create engaging, hands-on experiences for ages 3-5, build relationships with families, and mentor a small team in a mission-driven environment. This fully on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM with YMCA benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet NH Lead Teacher qualifications.
• Experience in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
