The Southern District YMCA is launching a brand-new preschool program at our Hampton Center, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and caring Lead Preschool Teacher to help bring it to life.

This role shapes a new program for children ages 3-5, creating engaging activities and a warm classroom where young learners thrive. It is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong benefits package through the YMCA.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with young children.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in early childhood education.
• Must meet NH Lead Teacher qualifications.
