BrightPath Kids in Westlake, OH is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to work with teachers and families, providing a home-away-from-home learning environment for children. You will follow NAEYC guidelines to support development and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, CDA, Career Pathway Level 3, or Bachelor's degree.

• Ability to work within regular operating hours and meet state criteria.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks–12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, clean environment that supports exploration and growth.
• Partner with families to plan the best care and education for their children.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
