Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required or in progress).
• Minimum 1–2 years of classroom experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• Proven ability to lead classroom activities and routines with confidence and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a preschool classroom aligned with NAEYC standards.
• Lead circle time, group activities, learning centers, and classroom transitions.
• Mentor assistant teachers and aides in daily routines and best practices.
• Communicate with families through updates, conferences, and collaboration.
