Learning Care in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers and ensure activities align with licensing guidelines and company standards.

This role emphasizes classroom leadership, curriculum implementation, and building strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
