Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschoolers. You will mentor fellow teachers, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and our standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support child development, and contribute to a safe, nurturing, and educational environment across our centers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and childcare licensing.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
