Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher in Rio Rancho, NM to guide early learning in a preschool classroom. You will mentor fellow teachers, implement engaging curricula, and ensure compliance with licensing and center standards.

You’ll create interactive lessons, promote social and cognitive growth, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s progress and our center’s success.

Competenze

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
