Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers in Rio Rancho. This role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

You'll build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families, promote child development, and contribute to a positive, supportive classroom environment at our center.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements and center guidelines.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
