Job summary

Learning Care Group in Santa Fe, NM is hiring a Lead Teacher to develop engaging, interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers while partnering with families to support child success.

This role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule with bi-weekly or daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
