Job summary

The Learning Experience Westlake is seeking an Experienced childcare Teacher to foster a loving, educational environment for preschool children. You will lead classrooms, support growth, and guide children through our LEAP Curriculum in a supportive team setting.

Applicants should show a genuine passion for teaching, with possible experience in daycare or preschool contexts and a willingness to collaborate with families and staff to promote student success.

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers according to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents via apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
