VIP's Roots Early Education Center in Colchester, VT is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. You will lead developmentally appropriate activities and create a safe, engaging learning environment for every child.

The role requires collaboration with Licensed Preschool Teachers, families, and staff to support social, emotional, and cognitive growth, with a focus on building positive relationships and ongoing communication with families.

Qualifications

• Experience in a classroom with a group of children.
