Qualificações

• Bachelor/associate degree in early childhood education or related field.
• Coursework equivalent in ECE with 480 hours of teaching preschool children.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a teaching team and model positive relationships with children.
• Implement the High Scope curriculum in daily activities and routines.
• Observe and assess children's development to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, healthy classroom and partner with families.
• Mentor fellow teachers and ensure compliance with RCMA guidelines.

Formação académica

AS degree in ECE
