BrightPath Kids in Westlake, OH is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to work with families and other teachers, following NAEYC guidelines. You will help provide a home away from home for children and lead age-appropriate curriculum development.

You will collaborate with families to create plans for high-quality care, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate with parents about their child’s progress. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA/Pathway Level 3 or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of licensed child care experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, clean, safe environment for growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan the best care and education.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians.
