BrightPath Kids in Mason, OH is seeking a Lead Teacher to provide a warm, safe, home-away-from-home environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines. You’ll collaborate with families and fellow teachers to implement developmentally appropriate activities and routines.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field or CDA credential or Career Pathway Level 3 or Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children in one assigned classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, clean environment that supports growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan best care and education for their children.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians.
