The Learning Experience - Sun Prairie, WI is seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team as a Lead Preschool Teacher. You will create a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children, implement the LEAP Curriculum, and support children’s learning and development.

You will engage with families through updates and discussions, collaborate with staff, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment that helps children grow academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Ability to create a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children.

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children as appropriate.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and milestones through apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and center success.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
