BrightPath Kids in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Lead Teacher to provide a home-like setting under NAEYC guidelines. You will partner with families to plan care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, and collaborate with teachers to implement engaging curricula.

The role supports professional development, offers full-time benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, and a childcare discount for staff. Prior childcare experience and state eligibility are preferred.

Competenze

Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR CDA credential OR Career Pathway Level 3 OR Bachelor's Degree in any field.
1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized
Ability to work within regular operating hours
Must meet state criteria for child care employment
