Qualifications

• Requires relevant early childhood education credential or degree.
• Experience in licensed child care helpful.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and supervision for children 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs based on interests and learning styles.
• Maintain warm, safe, clean environment for exploration.
• Partner with families to plan optimal care and education.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians.
