Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire and educate preschool children at our center in Illinois. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines.

You will lead classroom management, promote children’s development, and communicate with families to support student success. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare licensing.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum per licensing guidelines.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
