Learning Care Group in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a dynamic Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a nurturing preschool environment.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, stay current with licensing guidelines, and build strong, lasting relationships with families to support each child's growth and achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
