Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in San Ramon, CA. You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure curriculum aligns with state licensing guidelines.

You’ll care for preschoolers indoors or outdoors, promoting growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains while communicating with families to support each child’s success and the center’s goals.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
