Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learning and mentor other teachers in a supportive, family-friendly center in California. You’ll design engaging activities, manage classroom routines, ensure licensing compliance, and foster strong relationships with enrolled families to support every child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
