Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Lewisville, TX to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains for preschoolers while leading curriculum and ensuring licensing compliance.

This role requires leadership in the classroom, planning educational activities, and maintaining positive relationships with families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
