Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher in Cypress to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in a nurturing preschool setting, while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

The role includes leading classroom management, implementing curricula, and building strong relationships with families to support each child’s progress and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
