Learning Care in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a supportive, child-centered environment.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while building strong relationships with families to support each child's growth and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
