As Lead Teacher, you’ll develop fun, interactive lessons, mentor fellow teachers, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and communicate with families to support each child’s achievement and growth.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meeting state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
