Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor the classroom team, implementing our curriculum to meet each child’s needs. You will create a safe, nurturing space where children engage, play, and learn, while partnering with parents to ensure exceptional care and education.

The role supports the center’s success, working with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals, delivering high-quality programs across our sites.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership toward enrollment and engagement.
