• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
• Implement KinderCare’s curriculum consistently with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children
• Support center success by engaging staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners
