Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor teammates while implementing our curriculum to meet each child’s needs. Create a safe, nurturing classroom and build strong connections with families to support child development.

You will collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while meeting state qualifications and safety standards. A supportive team and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
