Creative Kids Learning Center in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom management and implement the curriculum while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and standards.

You will build strong relationships with families and support the center’s success through clear communication and dedication to children's growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
